- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
- ½ tbsp garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup, chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 oz cilantro
- ¾ lb jumbo shrimp
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 oz cilantro

- Mix honey, sriracha, fresh lime juice, and arrowroot, in a bowl.
- Spray skillet with olive oil and toss in garlic and red bell pepper. Sauté until edges are brown.
- Add shrimp to skillet, and cook until shrimp is nearly done.
- Reduce the heat and add in the sauce from the bowl.
- Simmer the sauce with shrimp, and mix together.
- Finish with sesame oil, dish up, and garnish with cilantro.
