This seed combo makes for a great hearty breakfast cereal, works as a crunchy topping for your yogurt, and can add a bit of texture to your morning smoothie. Add dried fruit for that extra pop of sweet or tart, or add a few walnuts for an even greater healthy fat boost.

  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • ½ cup skim milk
