- 2 cup 1" pieces, loosely packed kale
- 2 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp olive oil

- Remove stems from washed Kale and tear into small pieces. Toss with oil and salt and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
