Another low cal snack! Low calories and a fraction of the badness of any other chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup 1" pieces, loosely packed kale
  • 2 tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  1. Remove stems from washed Kale and tear into small pieces. Toss with oil and salt and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
