- 20 oz chicken breast
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste

- Skewer chicken slices, spray with cooking spray; cover liberally with all spices.
