It's hard to go wrong with a single-serving recipe that's ready in less than 5 minutes. When it's cookies-and-cream-flavored, it's even harder to mess up! My latest creation uses Sweet Spreads White Chocolate Coconutter (optional, but highly recommended) and Cookies and Cream Chocolites.

Cake Ingredients

  • 20 g cookies and cream whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp truvia
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 tsp sweet Spreads White Chocolate Coconutter
  • ¼ tsp butter extract
  • 1 piece cookies and Crème Chocolite, chopped

Frosting Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp truvia
  • ⅛ tsp butter extract

Additional toppings Ingredients

  • 1 piece cookies and Crème Chocolite, chopped
  • 2 tbsp walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
