Eric Roberts' Chef

Morgan Simons formed a Catering Company in February 2002. In 2001 she graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and is trained in the Le Cordon Bleu classic French technique.

Morgan is also well versed in many cuisines -- including regional American, Asian Fusion, Italian, Mediterranean and Latin.

Her clients have included such names as, Eric Roberts, David Foster, Sarah McLachlan, David Duchovny, and George Clooney.
