Week 4 Tips

  1. Beginners - Make sure you’re going at a pace that you can sustain. A lot of times with these sorts of competitions, we come out too hot then don’t leave enough in the tank for the final minutes. Try not to get too tense as that will make your muscles fatigue out more quickly.

  2. Intermediate - You’re going to have a way more in the reserve. Play to your strengths in the movements that you’re strong at then sustain a solid tempo for the rest of the challenge. Focus on dialing in your breathing and develop a cadence with that.



  3. Advanced - Chances are you’re not new to these sorts of challenges. My biggest advice to you is let it rip closer to the end of the challenge to trim some of that time off.
