These are so flippin tasty! I used chicken instead, but still delicious! I used some red pepper flakes instead of the chipotle pepper, really gave them some heat! Delicious!!! :)

I am confused. WHy is the calorie count so low? When I put all of the ingredients into the recipe calculator on SparkPeople it says that the calorie count is 273 cals. The turkey alone is over 100 calories per serving. Please explain this...

The calorie count is way off! each muffin is about 170 kcal ( with courgette and less oats -about 1/2cup). The plus is that they taste amazing!

I think the calorie count pertains to per muffin.

From reading the forums, from what i understand is that the recipe should make 18, not 12 servings.

Yes, I put it in MFP and got exactly 80 calories per turkey muffin. It makes 18 muffins total. 12 is an error. Very delicious and will definitely be making more :) Thank you!!

Hey all! I wanted to add in that I made the turkey meatloaf muffins into "Tofurky Meatless Muffins" and they were supper-yummy! Only thing you swap out is the turkey and tofu. Get some tofu that's medium firmness and unflavored (the ingredients will flavor the tofu well) so that you can mix it together. It should be about the same consistency as the raw turkey meat is when mixing it. Don't worry! The egg whites will cause it to stick together nicely and back well! You may just have to cook it a tad longer than the actual turkey muffins (I like them a little browner than what some may). Enjoy!!!

Haven't tried these yet, they're in the oven. But instead of rolling the into balls I used an ice cream scooper to put them into the muffin pan. It worked perfectly.
