No information about the order of weight change from one week to another ??? Can you please suggest ??

well the weight increase from week to week, cause the reps get lower and lower, till it comes to the "reset" period where ur back to 2 sets of 12-15reps, but by the time ur back to 2sets and 12-15 reps strength would have increase so lets say you barbell bench press with 130 pounds maybe by then ur using 140-160,repbra :)

Well since this is a progression work out...... for your week to week weight change just add 10lbs on your stating weight and go from there. Hope that helps ya out.... happy lifting!
