- Side Delt Raise (single arm): 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
- Rear Side Delt (palms out, lean forward): 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
- Front Delt Raise: 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
- Rear Delt Raise: 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps
Complete 4 giant sets.
