Why I Got Started
As you can see in my before picture in 2008 I was just overcoming probably the most depressing, confusing part of my life. Struggling through school with a sick, alcoholic father; watching him kill himself slowly as I was doing the same to myself. Self abusing was the only way I knew how to cope with my emotions. I was living in a nightmare I thought would never change. I was completely alone and had no friends and no one to turn to.
I decided I wanted to start to love myself and live life so I went to the doctor. The doctor told me that my liver was about to shut down, I had no white blood cells, my hair was falling out rapidly, my skin was peeling off in chunks and my knee caps were bigger than my thighs. I weighed less than 80 pounds! He said "If you don't get help, you are going to die." I have never been so scared. I fought through it all because I was on a mission to become something amazing and start living a whole new healthy lifestyle. Here I am now, loving life and everyone around me!
How I Did It
I overcame it with a small amount of inner self love and belief. I took slow baby steps to get my mental mind to where I wanted to be. I was always visualizing myself being strong, graceful, feminine and sexy with a great personality that everyone loved. It was hard sometimes to think of that because how I felt about myself and how others actually saw me. They saw me as this lonely, anorexic girl that walked around school by herself with no friends, and looked like she was going to collapse any second.
My mind began to come back to life fast as I was nursing it and body with a lot of healthy clean food choices. As I started to work out I had a better self image. When I started going to the gym people would stare at me and wonder why such a skinny girl was at the gym, thinking I was trying to get skinnier. I shut off everyone around me and put myself into my own world and focused so hard on what I was going to become. This made me such a stronger person inside and out. My personality slowly transitioned out of a depressed, suicidal person into bubbly and happy person. l was now driven like never before, no one could ever stop my dreams from coming true. I trained harder and harder as the days came along.

Suggestions For Others
I think the best suggestion for anybody who has dreams and goals should be to go for them! They should approach those goals with a positive belief that they are here on Earth to make their dreams become their reality. I recommend that you know what you want before figuring out how you're going to get there. So this means hold tight and enjoy your amazing journey that lies ahead! Once you've figured out what you want it's time to soak it all in. Imagine your dream life and all your goals achieved, imagine it in bold colors, smells, powerful strong images; feel the positive energy and happiness rush through your body. I would highly suggest you visualize your dreams and goals two times a day, going into that dream with it already being achieved, through meditation. After you're done, tell yourself it's possible and have 100% self love and belief that you can do anything. We are here to do what our dreams tell us to do; it's our destiny. I will assure you amazing things are going to happen and enter your life if you make this a habit in your daily routine.

I Think The Best Suggestion For Anybody Who Has Dreams
And Goals Should Be To Go For Them.
Another tool I use is I tell myself "Today I am going to be positive about any kind of situation, I am going to get closer to my dreams and goals by taking action upon them. I will also try my best to stay as motivated as possible. I will visualize where I am going to be in the near future and REALLY feel the feelings and happiness it will give me!" It takes some time to see those amazing dreams and goals come alive, so please take those small baby steps at first. Once your knowledge grows, so will you, and by the end you will be sprinting your way to the finish line.
I want to help people achieve their goals and dreams. I want them to know it's possible. I would like to say one more thing; I hope my life story has inspired you. I want to share all my love and my amazing journey with everybody! I want to show you there is light at the end of the longest, darkest tunnels, there is and always will be light if you believe there is. You can get through the hardest darkest obstacles and come out 100 times stronger physically and mentally. So love yourself, love everyone around you and forgive your past as you watch yourself move forward and grow into something you may not even have known you had inside of you! Thank you everybody for being so amazing! The best of luck achieving your dreams and goals!
