20 Minute Legs Workout

TERMS YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW
Drop set - A drop set consists of performing an exercise until failure, then dropping the weight used and continuing to failure again. Repeat this process until rep range is met.
Superset - Two exercises are performed consecutively without any rest.

  • Leg Press: 2 drop sets of 25 reps
    Rest for 30-60 seconds
  • Lying Leg Curls: 2 drop sets of 25 reps
    Rest for 30-60 seconds
  • Superset:

  • Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Seated Calf Raise: 3 sets of 20 reps
