All of these workout tips are really helpful! They're really informative with the muscle anatomy and how to target each part. I'd be interested in any further topics of this sort! Great Info

I'm new to the fitness world and now I realize how difficult it is to learn all the concepts of working out and eating correctly. I'm looking for a training partner or a workout vet in my area to help my growth without charging me the ridiculous prices.

My son and I are following this workouts . We are starting week 2 tomorrow. I like it because it can get done in 30-45 mins, to where my son thinks it should be longer. Some times I feel the same, but for the most part I like short workouts.
