Aside from having such heart healthy benefits, sex is good for the prostate too. A 2004 study done by the National Cancer Institute in Maryland found that greater frequency of ejaculation decreased the risk of prostate cancer in men by up to 33%.

The prostaglandins together with the thromboxanes and prostacyclins form the prostanoid class of fatty acid derivatives. The prostanoid is a subclass of eicosanoids.
