How Did You Get Started?
I joined a gym with 3 friends in the summer of 1985 prior to our last year of college. I followed my program faithfully and noticed results quickly. My friends could not keep up with me, and soon I was training alone. I kept pushing myself in the gym, and was rewarded with overall improvements in my physique. I first competed in 1991 as a middleweight in a Bodybuilding contest in Toronto.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I tried several programs over the years. I work out with weights three times a week on alternating days, and cardio three times a week on alternating days. I do not train with weights and cardio on the same day. I try to work each body part at least twice a week if possible. I always train heavy in the gym. I change my routine every 3 months, and always take one week off every three months to give my body a complete chance to rest.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The products I use are Whey protein, Creatine, Glutamine, Amino Acids, Multi-Vitamins/Minerals, Flaxseed Oil, and Fat Burners.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is a positive way of life, as there are many benefits. Not only do you look better, but you feel more energetic, self-confident, healthier, stronger work-ethic, and more passionate. Life feels better when you are in great shape. I also enjoy challenging myself through bodybuilding by always trying to improve my physique every year through goal-setting and time management.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to put on quality muscle mass on all body parts, and then lose body fat and be shredded before my next contest. My wife and I just had a baby, so I'll have to spend more time at home and less in the gym in the short term, and then train full force!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Always be passionate. Your determination, perseverance, and discipline will yield you great results. Research and educate yourself in the world of bodybuilding, and reach for the stars!
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Arnold, Franco, Lou, and Lee Haney.
