How Did You Get Started?

I started to become serious in bodybuilding when I was 22 years old. I joined a local gym hoping to gain muscle. At the time I only weighed 108 lbs soaking wet. My nutrition profile was terrible, skipping meals for hours at a time and consuming hardly any quality protein throughout my day. The Gym I attended had a nutrition program set up so I gave it a shot and fell in love with the whole bodybuilding aspect. In the first six months I gained 30 lbs of muscle. It was then I started to prepare for my first bodybuilding contest, and the rest as they say is history.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Whey Protein, MRP's (although I consider these more of a food than a supplement), L-Glutamine, Creatine, NO-Xplode, and plenty of Antioxidants have been the biggest help in building my body.
