you trainees and pros should take a look and talk about the intermittent fasting. and study it. it could come in handy that people get to hear it. im doing it and im loosing weight :)
I have managed to lose 240 pounds since last March on my own , but the results of all that cardio and not much strength training has me looking like a ....lets say something out of this world I need to fix this. I want to build lean muscle mass and drop the remaining pounds.
What worked for me was pure cardio (5 miles running, 10 miles on stationary bike every two days) and cutting back on caloric intake. 20 pounds in 90 days and then start in on weight training.
How long did it take for you guys to start noticing a loss in weight/body fat? I've been eating two salads a day with no dressings, don't much care for the taste of most dressings, buff I've been working out everyday for about two months and haven't noticed any fat loss even my weight is the same. Anything I'm doing wrong?
if you just started lifting etc you may be gaining muscle mass under your fat. when i started i was very overweight and scale didnt budge for 3 weeks then boom . 3lbs a week for almost 2 months straight
