Makeral and Sardines are huge for vitamin D. Usually better than milk but this can depend on the quality.

I imagine you would have to be careful with the chocolate milk as many are loaded with high fructose corn syrup...interesting how it seemed superior to the "sports drinks" in the study mentioned.

Ive had allergic response for the first time of my life yesterday and i didnt eat anything out of the ordinary. Each day, I drink one weight gainer after each workout and was wondering if it could be the reason of all theses new frickles (kind of) on my face?

Yep, vinegar. Great on salads, in Italian dressings or.... try 1/2 oz or so of red wine vinegar, 1/2 packet of artificial sweetener (or some honey) and 4 oz water. Chug it down, tastes like dry wine.

From a runners perspective, was always told after a long run to drink chocolate milk for the 4:1 carbs and protein ratio. Little foam roll after and the legs were always good to go for the next day!

.. no chocolate milk mid-run though ;-)
