Supplement Thread Of The Week

Pre-workout nutrition, as we all know, is extremely important. Not only is the food you eat before a workout important, so is any supplementation that you may use.

What you eat before could very well make or break your workout that day. There are lots of pre-workout formulas that claim to be an effective in energizing you throughout your entire workout.

Lately, I have been seeing lots of threads about a product called 'Ready 4 War' by Diesel. I myself have never tried this product, but from what I've been reading, it seems pretty solid.

For some info about the product, check out the thread started 'Be rippednshredded.' It can be found here so check it out if you have any interest in taking this product.

Funniest Thread Of The Week

Okay - this next one is weird. I'm not sure if it's meant as a joke or if the guy is completely serious, but I think it's funny nonetheless.

Your friend and mine 'Slated' has decided to put his reputation, and life, on the line by offering to take 2 months worth of MuscleTech supplements.

I'm not going to get into why I think this is hilarious, and stupid, because I'm sure everyone already knows. Anyway, if you feel like laughing just a little, go ahead and check out the thread here. Umm...actually, yeah - go and check it out. Sorry if you find it a waste of time.

Poll Of The Week

I'm going to make a generalization about society: we love music. Am I right? Yes - without a doubt. We, as a culture, thrive in the music scene. We love music, and that's a fact. Now, on the other hand, each person has his or her own taste in music. Some like rock, some like hip hop, rhythm and blues, jazz, heavy metal, and the list goes on.

Furthermore, each person has his or her own favorite band within that genre of music. And even furthermore, each person has his or her own favorite song by that favorite band. Now, we're really going to delve deep into the brains of our fellow forum members, but here we go. What is your favorite song?

What Is The Best Song Ever?
What song in your opinion is the best song ever? What do YOU think?

Not favorite genre, not favorite artist - what is your favorite song? Yeah, it's a tough question, I know. To be honest, I don't know if I could pinpoint my favorite one. But if you had to, what would it be?

Check out everyone else's answers here. Thanks to 'I-hate-squats' for this one.

Nutritional Thread Of The Week

There are a lot of people on the planet that just don't eat meat. Each has his or her own reason, but nevertheless, they are at a disadvantage if they are involved in the world of bodybuilding and fitness. Because nutrition is so important, what you eat can make or break your muscle building.

We all know that eating whole food is much better than supplementing everything. What about those people that don't eat meat or meat products, such as vegetarian or vegans?

Taking supplements may be the only way for these people to get all of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrition that they need to build serious muscle.

Question Of The Week

It appears that we have a recurring food theme going on this week. So, this week's question of the week will be about food, too. It's a very simple question, but one that will probably make you think.

Informational Thread Of The Week

Many people are resorting to prohormones and steroids these days. Some do it after lots and lots of intensive research while others are not as smart and jump right into it.

Nevertheless, I want to stress to everyone how important your post cycle therapy is (hereafter PCT).

You can have a perfect cycle, but if you don't have the right supplementation after your cycle, all of your gains will go right down the drain. 'Krzna' blesses us again with his abundance of knowledge in this field.

Check out the thread here if you're even considering doing any PH or gear cycles.

Workout Log Of The Week

Unless you've been living under a rock for the last couple months, you'll know that the up and coming nutrition company 'Controlled Labs' is making great strides in the industry. There have been dozens of great reviews, hundreds of interested customers, and several great products with plenty on the horizon.

For this week's best workout log, I have decided to incorporate a workout log with a product log. The product: Controlled Lab's Green Bulge.

The athlete: Collinballin23. It's great to see a solid product log - especially one that has been getting rave reviews left and right.

If you're at all interested in Green Bulge or simply want to see a great workout log along with it, check it out here.
