How Did You Get Started?
I've always been an athlete--from the time I was 4 years old. When I got serious about lifting weights, around age 27, my body just told me this was the right sport for me. That, and I've ALWAYS loved muscle!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I do best going with heavy weights and low reps. My body responds well to this type of workout and I rarely change up. I'll rotate exercises in and out - just to add some variety, but stick to the basics for the most part.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I am a firm believer in taking vitamins and minerals religiously! I also use glutamine year around, along with whey protein powder, and I think glucosamine with MSM is essential for bodybuilders. Growth and conditioning is also a definite product of a good diet and I try to eat relatively clean year around. My rule in the off-season is I have to eat my good, healthy food first--before I have any "junk" food. That way I don't overdo it with the junk.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding has given me so much to be thankful for. I am a strong woman--physically and emotionally because of this sport. It is a tremendous confidence builder, and teaches great discipline. Not only do I love the training side of the sport, but I also love the competition - everything about it - even the dieting! It got into my blood 16 years ago, and I don't think it will ever leave!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
It's my goal to turn pro in the next year or two and compete as a professional. I would also like to guest pose--hopefully that will happen soon!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Always remember to train with quality, not necessarily quantity. The heavy weights will come but not without strict form, and feeling the workout.

My favorite female bodybuilders are Bev Francis, Yaxeni Oriquen, and Betty Pariso. My favorite male bodybuilders are Gunter Schlierkamp, Markus Ruhl and Michal Kindred.
