Anna's passion for exercise and nutrition inspired her to create while she was still in the last year of her Ph.D. program in early 2011. Since then, Anna has single-handedly transformed into the largest and most comprehensive resource for protein powder recipes in the web. The website boasts over 1,000 easy-to-make recipes for all kinds of protein powders—from whey, casein and egg white protein powders, to pea, brown rice, hemp and even beef protein powders.

At, Anna shares her recipes for myriad experimental foods as well as popular foods not often seen as forming part of a healthy diet (e.g. pancakes, pizzas, cakes, muffins, donuts).

Anna works with several supplement companies to develop exclusive recipes and is a frequent contributor to a range of fitness blogs and magazines.

Through her blog, workshops, videos, and online/print publications, Anna's goal is to expand the reaches of protein powder cooking and, in this way, inspire more and more people to experiment with their cooking, to care more about their fitness and nutrition, to have fun while following a healthy, varied, and delicious diet!
