It reinforces my self-confidence and my self-esteem. The continuing release of endorphins has a healing effect and helps maintain the level of development that I've reached.

To keep on with keeping on. If I can maintain the schedule of workout that I've kept for the past several years, it can only enhance longevity and quality of life.
