How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting weights 4 years ago. My brother-in-law was visiting for the summer. I always loved the game of basketball so every chance I got I'll be in the gym (and I do have game trust me) well he didn't play basketball as much as I love to. So I decided to ask him if there was something that he like to do instead of watching me go and play ball every day. So he came up with lifting weights. I must admit that I was scared as hell when I first started besides from being small as hell. I only weighed about a 172lbs then and he was actually smaller than I was. But I must admit that the first couple of weeks were rough and hard. But for some strange reason I stuck with it.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I must admit that it was tough to find a workout program. Being new to this was more than a challenge because you want to see the growth and development over night. I was doing almost every thing in the gym right off the bat. I've used different techniques from dropsets, high-reps with light weight, low-reps heavy weights, pyramiding etc... But after years of listen to my body and sometimes others I have found what really works well for me. I workout 4 days a week some weeks 5 days.

Monday Chest and Triceps 3sets each Tuesday Hams and Quads Wednesday Biceps and Traps rest Thursday. Friday one or two sets per body part. Off Saturday and Sunday.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have not taken a lot of supplements, when I first started lifting weights without any knowledge I told my self that I would do this all natural without any kind of help. Well I found out that this wasn't an option. I came to rely on Creatine and Whey Protein. I have seen significant gains when using creatine.
