How Did You Get Started?

It all started at Earthborne Natural Foods in Whitesboro, NY where I met my trainer Norm and his wife Sherri. I met inspirational people like Jeremy Freeman, Dave Waterman, Steve Nunno and Fred Mazza at his health store and was inquiring about how one gets like that as I had been going to Brookside Athletic club in New Hartford for about 10 years, but was never inspired. Then I was hooked as they guided me with what to do and eat.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The best workout for me has been a body part a night: Back, Legs, Shoulders, then Chest. This gives each body part a week to grow. I usually do triceps on back night and biceps on chest night. I enjoy doing abs at least twice a week too. My workout schedule is two days on one off and/or three days on and one off.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it allows one to compete with oneself and become the best you you can be. It is the most disciplined and focused thing I have ever done in my life.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans are to continue improving in strength and size as I attempt to live to be 100, which means I hit mid life in 4 years. My wife and I attended the Ironman in Syracuse NY last April and I am curious about doing competitions. I am presently waiting on results from the Millenium Man contest with Muscletech Corporation.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

My one tip is to remember it's not the size of the man in the fight, it is the size of the fight in the man. Fight to be the best you can be!
