How Did You Get Started?

I started because my roommate in college started working out and we were really competitive so I wanted to get bigger than him. I got addicted and have been at it ever since (I'm a lot bigger than my roommate is now too!).

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I use a 5 day split:

  • Monday: Chest
  • Tuesday: Back and Traps
  • Wednesday: Legs
  • Thursday: Shoulders
  • Friday: Arms
I do 20 minutes of cardio twice a week followed by abdominal training.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I use the basics: Creatine, Glutamine, Whey, and LOTS of Vitamins.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It has really increased my willpower a lot, and not only my body, but my mind is much stronger than it was before I started bodybuilding. I can't picture myself without bodybuilding.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

To glorify God through my bodybuilding and to start competing in the next year or two.
