How Did You Get Started?

I started bodybuilding at age 26. I wanted to look and feel better. I admire the professional Bodybuilders. Because I've always been able to see the results in a relatively short period of time, many don't believe I've only been bodybuilding for just 4½ years. When I began to see the results in my arms, shoulders and chest I fell in love with the sport. I just got hooked. Workout Plan

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I found out very early that what works for one type of individual may not work for the next. I had to find out what basically works well for me. I normally workout 5 days a week but at times I do 6. My work out was slow at first but has grown to be more intense now. I like to work each body part a day to the max. Monday I work on my legs. Tuesday I do my arms, biceps and triceps. Wednesday is my chest. Thursday I work on my shoulders and Friday I finish off with my back. I always like to push my self with out over extending myself. I'm bench pressing 420, dead lift 630 and squatting up to 600.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I used Creatine in the past and got fantastic results but I really don't use any now. I consider myself more "natural" and have been for a while and still able to see my results. I believe in healthy eating and a well balanced diet. Don't get me wrong, I am not against supplements and if available, healthy and stimulating, I will try them. I believe they can only aid the natural process of mass gain and muscle growth.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I consider myself very goal orientated. I love bodybuilding because I can set goals and am able to watch them come into being. Many already think I'm big but I don't see it. I want to get bigger and bigger. I love feeling healthy and looking at my best. I have to be honest I also love the compliments and the attention I receive and how it tends to boost my self-esteem. I'm hooked; it's that simple. I'm hooked on the adrenaline rush both mentally and physically I get after each and every intense work out.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

To be honest I have a few goals and plans. If more people could experience the level of pleasure I get from bodybuilding they too would get hooked on the sport. I want to establish a fitness center where "everyday" people can get fit and healthy, both mentally and physically. A lot of people feel intimidated when walking into a fitness center. I want to create a nurturing environment and a safe place where the central focal point is on getting healthy, not just on getting big. I also would like to further my training to compete on a more professional level. I want to learn much more about form and technique not just mass growth.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

The advice I'd like to offer is don't over train and stay away from drugs. Setting goals are great but don't try weights you can't lift; take it slow and gradual. Work out every body part as "hard" as you can.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite Bodybuilders are Ronnie Coleman, Paul Dillet, Lee Haney, Kevin Levrone, Linda Murray, Shawn Ray, and Flex Wheeler.
