Im 5'6". 165lbs and I train vv hard. I am seeing good results but Im impatient and while im slow with work at the moment im starting to train twice a day occasionally. I always train different body parts to rest muscles as instructed but im not sure if im over doing it and in turn wasting my time looking for growth.
Someone please help!! Im eating as instructed for mass (to a budget) with the occasional once a week beer binge. But apart from this or cheating! ! Which I dont wont to do how can I satisfy my appetite for growth?
Simply put, what am I missing?

I'm 16 years old, 144 lbs and I don't wanna live my life skinny. Everytime I look in the mirror, sometimes I just hate looking at myself. I just hate it.... I wanna get up to a least 180 lbs
