Hello! I have started a new workout plan (includes supersets and its fat busting ),it includes 4 workout days and 3 rest days but its not mention in plan that which days are rest days so should I do continues 4 day workout like wed, thurs, fri, sun then rest remaining 3 days of week or should I workout on alternate days like Wednesday then Friday.....?
Please Help!
