Definitely going to do this. It looks like a great program. I compared it to many others and I think this is my best bet. I start weight training this thursday in school. I think I'm going to spend thursday and friday just kind of getting a feel for the equipment and maybe weighing myself/finding my maxes. Monday I'm gonna hit this program with all I got. I'm pumped.

Tore my legs to shreds day one. Day 2, busted head during v-bar pull ups...long story, short workout. Day 3, workout seemed Loooonnnng. Hit it for 50mins and didn't finish due to time constraints. I needed over an hour. Too much rest between sets or too many sets?

I want to know what to take that's not steroid related on a regular basis that is safe to build size and strength?
Some great supplements to take that build size and strength would be whey, casein, and an overall good diet. The protein shake I take after every workout would be 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream flavored Syntha-6 mixed with 1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite Casein (Get the smooth vanilla, it tastes the best) then add a banana, a handful of ice cubes, and some vanilla yogurt.
