How Did You Get Started?

My brother Mark taught me the basics of training my body with weights when I was looking to improve my proformance in middle school sports. Ever since that first day I was introduced to the weight training world I have been training for the past 12 years and still going strong.

I get the best results by using the personal training program found on the My personal program is set up for muscle gain and strength. I train using heavy weights with low reps three times a week. I also engage in a minimum of 30 minute cardio session two times a week.
