How Did You Get Started?

In college I took a health & fitness class and the professor ran a collegiate bodybuilding show. The professor helped me prepare my diet and exercise regimen to compete. After winning in that show, my interest in bodybuilding soared and I've competed and worked out religiously.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

A diet which consisted of the correct amounts of protein, carbs & fats and a training split of two days on one day off. I usually find best results with four sets and 8-12 repetitions, very strict.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have found that Isopure, Creatine, and Glutamine along with BCAA's worked best for me, as well as a steady diet of chicken/beef, yams, broccoli and rice.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love being competitive. Having bodybuilding be the foundation of my life, I believe it makes me a better person. Bodybuilding gives me the inspiration and motivation to a healthier life.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

After competing in six or so shows, I have taken a year off. However, I will continue competing next year in NPC shows and any additional shows that will promote my name and achievements. I also plan to use my degree in Marketing to pursue a fitness career.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Stay focused because diet is everything. Enjoy working out and don't make it your life, make it a foundation for your life.
