Eight Week Mass Attack: Day 53!

It was hard to get warmed up this morning due to the fact I was at the gym within 15 minutes or so of me waking up but I did manage to get going.

All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 53 of 56 - 03-14-02

Well the morning didn't start off on a good note especially for leg training. I woke up, in what I thought was the middle of the night, to fix my bed, then I look at the alarm clock and wouldn't you know it, it was 5:10 am. I had overslept, so I jumped up, took my supplements, got my clothes on and off to the gym I went.

Stiff leg dead lifts w/dumbbells - 1x10 - 70lbs, 1x10 - 80lbs
High foot position leg press - 1x10 - 5 plates each side. 1x10 - 6 plates each side
Leg curls - 1x10 - 120lbs, 1x8 - 140lbs, 1x10 - 80lbs
Leg extensions - 2x10 - 80lbs
Leg press - 1x10 - 6 plates each side, 1x10 - 7 plates each side
Hack squats - 1x10 - 2 plates each side, 1x10 - 1 plate each side (had to drop the weight, just didn't feel right, the hack squat at my gym isn't the best one in the world but I make due)
Squats (wide stance) - 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x10 - 225lbs
Front squats - 1x10 - 135lbs
Smith machine squats - 2x10 - 185lbs

I didn't feel real strong today, I guess from not getting up on schedule, so I just focused on slow reps with a long negative. I had a good workout and I am sore already. I got to get that alarm fixed before tomorrow.
