All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. For some reason the last few mornings for leg day have been almost impossible to get my butt up out of bed. I love to train legs; maybe it's my legs begging me to spare them on leg day or something. Today I did seated calve raises, leg press toe raises and donkey raises but I only did 2 sets but I really overloaded the muscle today for about 15 reps each set. After hitting calves I stretched out really good and tried to get the blood flowing through my legs before I jumped into the workout.
Leg curls - 1x10 - 90lbs, 1x10 - 130lbs Over all I feel I really got a good workout today for my legs. I haven't been able to go as heavy on squats as I would like because of my knees really bothering me lately, from now on I will do squats dead last after my legs have been exhausted.
