All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 29 of 56 - 02-18-02

Wfter the last couple of weeks being out of my daily routine I am really looking forward to this week starting back on the normal road. I didn't sleep very well last night so when the alarm went off at 4:30 am needless to say working out was the last thing I wanted to do. But I pulled myself up out of bed around 4:50 after snoozing a little and got my focus and drive going.

After hitting calves in my normal routine I was ready to warm up to blast my chest and triceps.

Flat barbell bench press - 2x6 - 135lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x4 - 275lbs, 1x6 - 245lbs (using the negative)
Incline dumbbell press - 1x8 - 80lbs, 1x8 - 90lbs, 1x6 - 100lbs
Flat bench flies - 1x10 - 50lbs
Cable crossovers - 1x6 - 80lbs, 1x8 - 50lbs
Cable pushdowns - 2x10 - 150lbs
Overhead cable presses - 2x10 - 110lbs
Reverse grip push downs - 2x10 - 110lbs
One arm overhead dumbbell press - 1x6 - 40lbs
Kickbacks - 1x10 - 40lbs
One arm dumbbell push downs - 1x12 - 80lbs

It seems with each week that my pumps get better and last longer. I love it. It even seems that I can feel my muscles growing with each workout. At the end of this week I will update with some new stats. Until Wednesday.
