All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Well sorry for the lack of an update yesterday. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to train but all was well today. Today was shoulder day and my shoulder really felt well. I will do no quad work this week but instead train hammys with back tomorrow. I felt good and ready to go today. I got a new mp3 player and was ready to get some good music going other than that sorry morning show crap that they play at the gym. Today I decided to train calves a little bit differently to start off, so here is what I did today.
Seated Calves - 10x10 - increased the weight by 10lbs on each set and finished with a drop set. For arms I did 3 exercises with 3 sets of 10 reps and super setted bis and tris. Cable pushdowns, overhead cable presses and overhead dumbbell press Cable curls, one arm cable curls and machine preacher curls. I felt really good today. My muscles feel fuller by the day. The shirt I have on right now is fitting much tighter than it ever has and at this rate I will have to retire it. My shoulder is feeling much better today than it did last week and I hope it will be 100% next week. I am looking to give an update on my stats at the end of next week so stay tuned.
