Why I Got Started

Training
For the duration of the transformation, I stuck to what I call a "5 and 1 split" training program.
My reps and sets are flexible and never set in stone. I complete heavy days and light days based on what my muscle groups request of me. I complete high reps paired with short rest periods on some days and low reps and longer rest periods on others. Also, I occasionally mixed the two styles of lifting in a single day. My principle is "Keep the muscles guessing!"
