If you have any requests, comments, concerns, or questions, feel free to email me!

Workout Log Of The Week

I am one that hates to make generalizations, and anyone that knows me at all will tell you that. However, I'm going to say that for the most part, for the message boards here at BB.com, the majority of the population is male. So I said to myself, it's about time that a woman was put into the spotlight!

This week's best workout log winner is MissPedicure, who blesses us with her detailed and easy to follow workout journal. For all of you female readers, this is the thing for you! Check it out here. If there's anything missing in bodybuilding, it's good to see more women stepping up to the plate!

Post Of The Week

With the ban of Pro-hormones (hereafter PH's), everyone has been looking for an alternative that has the same dramatic effects as something like M1T while keeping the negative side effects to a minimum. The solution? Superdrol. Mind you, this stuff is not for the weak at heart, so please don't think that I'm telling you to use it. Anyway, since this stuff still has its side effects, precaution must be used when taking this supplement.

Krzna wins this week's best post with his uber-informative post about superdrol. If you're serious about bodybuilding, and I mean serious, and are thinking about superdrol, this is the thread for you - check it out here.

Nutritional Thread Of The Week

Peanuts are a great, and tasty, source of protein and good fats. Last week we discussed the different types of nuts and which were best for you. This week, We have a thread about peanut butter and what to look for when selecting a good, natural peanut butter.

Check out this if you're looking for some information of natural peanut butter, or if you can't find the stuff in your local grocery store. Jwoah asks a question that many people are simply afraid to ask. Get the answers with the above link.

Informational Thread Of The Week

Though this thread has been around for a few months, I feel it deserves some spotlight right now. HIIT is training done by people who are looking to boost metabolism and lose some fat. Now, it's surprising how many people don't know what HIIT stands for, let alone know how it's done.

If you are at all interested in reading up on this wonderful thing, check out this. The thread, started by HalleluYAH, contains literally tons of great information regarding HIIT that everyone should be aware of. Looking to drop a few? Check it out.

Supplement Thread Of The Week

Creatine Ethyl Ester has been getting ridiculously great reviews for several months now and the complements just keep on pouring in. What about other forms of creatine such as just regular monohydrate or kre? It's tough, choosing the best creatine, but with the help of fellow members, finding the best creating can be very easy.

Check out the thread, started by infoaddict (coincidence? I think not), as it has loads of information regarding the reasons for and against the different types of creatines. Read up here and get educated!

Funniest Thread Of The Week

For this weeks funniest thread, I wasn't entirely sure whether or not it should be here, or if it belongs with the best picture thread award. Anyway, it obviously won the funniest, as there is another awesome picture thread for the best picture thread. So, this thread is basically just a collection of hilariously random photos that Apocolypse, as well as a few others, posted.

I laughed really hard for the majority of them and recommend them to anyone that wants a good laugh. Check the thread out here and make sure that you use the washroom beforehand. - you don't want to make a mess!

Inspirational Thread Of The Week

A couple of weeks ago we discussed addictions (some serious, some as jokes) and we came to the conclusion that addictions can ruin your life. Whether it's a drug, alcohol, violence, or pretty much anything, you're going to get in trouble. Smoking, on the other hand, cannot only ruin your life, but can end it early.

Smokers just aren't as fit as non-smokers and therefore do not have the same potential as those who choose not to smoke. Are you tired of relying on that death stick to get you by the day? Then its time to kick the habit for life. Check out the thread, started by shabbadoo, that has lots of great tips on how to quit effectively. It also has success stories that will sure to motivate even the non-smokers to work even harder for everthing. This thread will be sure to motivate you and keep you on your toes.

Argument Of The Week

I'm sure every boy (and some girl) used to read or watch comics/cartoons every morning as a child. Did you ever used to wonder what superhero would win in a tournament? I know I did. Obviously, some people on this forum still do. Everyone thinks they've got it all figured out.

Think you've got the answer? You're not the only one. (8(i) is curious, and everyone seems to tag along for the never ending argument. Check out the thread here and you decide who's right!
