BodySpace Member of the Month: Beautifulgrace
Being one of the most inspirational women on Bodyspace is both a privilege and a responsibility.
It is a privilege to be as big a part of Bodyspace to be admired by thousands of people around the world. It is a responsibility because you are a role model and must work hard to maintain the position you have so you prove it is a deserved honor.
Beautifulgrace has been doing both well since joining Bodyspace in early 2009. Since joining us here on the largest social fitness network in the world, she has inspired more than 1,100 people officially (probably many more than that), and is co-owner of Poynter's Iron Pit in Kentucky.
Handling all of this, staying in great shape, and being a huge inspiration to many people, is why Beautifulgrace earns another name; Bodyspace Member of the Month.
My name is Charlotte Quillen, I'm 25-years old, and I am originally from Franklin, OH, but currently reside in Richmond, KY.
I have been a member of BodySpace since Feb. 2009, so just over two years. I have met many BodySpace members in person at the Arnold Classic and various Bodybuilding shows. I have plans to meet many more at this year's Arnold Classic. I also live with a fellow BodySpacer, Stevep78.
I am the co-owner of a gym, Poynter's Iron Pit in Richmond, KY (With Stevep78). I decided get in shape because I was so tired of my life. I was so unhealthy and it negatively effected many aspects of my life. Making this lifestyle change was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.
Hands down, I would say it is Optimum Nutrition NitroCore 24. This is the most versatile and best-tasting protein powder in my opinion. Sensational Cinnamon Roll is my favorite flavor!

Eating is 80% of the battle. Working out is important, but if you aren't eating enough, or are eating the wrong foods, your hard work is going to waste! It is so important to fuel your body and take care of that hard-earned muscle!
Legs, because they are the hardest! I love the challenge, the pain and the feeling of accomplishment I get after completing an insanely intense leg workout.
Don't try to change everything at once! You will get overwhelmed. Start small, and take steps in the right direction every day. Getting on a plan (workout and meal plan) is the best way to start out and never take advice from someone you wouldn't want to look like, or who does look like they workout themselves.
I wasn't consistent. It took me a year to make the changes I could have made in 6 months had I been consistent with working out and eating clean.
The motivation I get from seeing the progress of others! I'm a competitive person, so when I see what others are doing in the gym it makes me want to push even harder!
I plan to compete in figure competitions and to be a sponsored athlete with a top supplement company.
