I played football and wrestled in high school. Weight training was part of this.

I prefer a high intensity low volume approach. Train heavy and hard, then allow your body to recover and grow.

I use a high protein, moderate carbs, low fat diet.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I like using MRPs and Whey Protein. Creatine is also good.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it allows me to push myself to be the best I can be. This discipline carries over to all aspects of life.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future bodybuilding plans are to continue to improve. I already have several shows lined up for the summer.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
My tip for other bodybuilders is to work harder in the gym not longer! Remember the sprinter always has bigger legs than the marathon runner!
