#2 really, its like a person who was bulking and just lost that fat-bodybuilders do that all the time- i like those people who were actually fat and had very low muscle mass and got very muscular later on with little body fat-not hating or anything, just my opinion.
This challenge was for people who were already in shape - not those who had to lose a bunch of weight. BB.com holds those kind of competitions all the time. I was glad for the opportunity to actually compete in a contest I had a chance in (since I've never had much fat to lose). I don't agree with the people who pushed out their bellies just for the before pics, but there were those of us who legitimately worked our tails off for 6 weeks and had great, REAL results. And to be honest, sometimes it's tougher to lose those last 5-10lbs than the first 25! I'm proud of everyone who did this competition. If this doesn't inspire you, that's cool. It inspires me though!
Holy!!! Look at #16! Just kidding :)
You guys all look great!!!
By the way I lost 20 lb of fat in 6 weeks and 10 lb of water in 4 days for final pics. ;)
Looking forward for the new challenge!!!
I usually never smile in front of cam. For some reason I can't see to get comfortable when I'm getting my picture taken. Just and FYI going to be 42 soon so it was. A struggle to get from 191 to 168 and from 18% to 7%. As for sticking out belly......lol. I was holding mine in for before pix as I want to look good even when I'm not at my best. I believe everyone have it there all in the comp. I'm glad I did it
4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15 and 17 had visible abs in their before photos. Getting rid of a bloated belly and losing a tiny amount of fat doesn't constitute an amazing transformation, I think.
Obviously these people all worked hard to get to their 'after photo' body, but they just aren't all impressive if just being compared with their own 'before photo'.
No radical transformations here, though a bloody good job done by all :D
I dropped 23 lbs and 11% body fat in six weeks. I'm sorry if you think that's easy but you are welcomed to try it.
it was not so much about the transformation, but coming from "good" to "excellent". Of course we had some muscles before already :) thanks god :) But you should not forget that there was just 6 weeks window - if you can build 10 pounds of muscles and lose 10 pounds of fat in this time, than you are...don't know what to say to you :)
