I will! Right now, I hurt all over. I power walked 7 miles this morning in 25 degree cold. i live in Florida too!! It sucked, but I'm so proud of myself.

This morning I ran out of time, my ipod died in the middle of my workout, and beeing tired was the perfect combo to cut my leg workout short. NOT happy with the way things turned out this morning, but it is what it is :) I do have to say, I killed it my legs felt like noodles on the way out the gym. I got all the way to mountain climbers. Now I just wanna go take a nap.....but I have to be at work in 1 hour :( TTY soon ladies.

@TalIah.....I did legs for the 2nd time, and guess what?!?! my *** got sore all over again, not sure why? but it is. My lower body is my trouble area so instead of working shoulders and back 2X a week. I am going to hit legs 2X a week. So I guess I am gonna be sore all the time .....hahaha

I do not have "specific" ab days. I incorporate them randomly in between sets. Typically on chest day or bis/tris, or on Saturday when I am only doing cardio.

okay this is exciting especially since I use to love track way back when(I'm not that old) but its been years. This is a really easy workout plan to follow and will help me get aquainted with the gym.

I notice you incorporate calf workouts throughout the week? Why is that. Is it like working an AB muscle you incorporate throughout the week?

Good question. At the time this program was designed, I was working on growing my calves. That is the only reason I was training them so often. I do not train them like that anymore, If your calves are where you want them to be, then omit that portion of the workout.

Hey there Ms. Mel! Thanks girl. I wish I could've seen you and Tino again before I left. But at least I saw you at Walmart! :-) LOL. You already know you nutrition is the most important part of getting rid of the fat. there are tons of fat burners on the market now, but you have to be careful if you are stimulant sensitive. Some are waaaaay to strong for people. All American EFX just reformulated their Lean Fix which works well. The best thing to do is try and get samples of different ones to see what your body responds to best. BTW, where's your profile picture. I'm going to keep tabs on you missy!

Laura - I love your plan and am starting today. I am a distance runner who plans to do my second triathlon this year. What is your nutrition like when you train for a tri? I have an ultra in June and I am so worried about losing muscle as I pick my miles up.
