1. How did the gym start and why did you decide to begin the gym business.
It started with 8 years of savings and an advice from a close business friend that stated to me by saying 'Richie you need to find something that you really love something that you won't mind doing cause you really enjoy,' the only thing that came to mind that I really enjoy is a gym.
2. Can you give us a description on what went into opening your awesome establishment?
Wow, well the first thing that I did was purchase the equipment from a facility that went out of business down by Wildwood, NJ and stored the equipment in a storage place for about 6 mo. Till I located a location which was very difficult to find, my first location was at a 2500 sq ft it was small but a stepping stone to a larger location. We are now happy to say that we have moved into our new location (6000 sq. ft.) which was only a few blocks away from our old location and with plenty of opportunity to expand...
3. What makes your gym different?
The different from our gym compare to other gyms comes from the level of energy that has each members training at their hardest leaving each member exhausted, and with today's and yesterdays top hit music pumping through a pair of 12 and 15 inch speakers has each members with an insane pump on top of that I will go to the floor while each member men and women are training and I start encouraging them to push for another rep!
Push harder! Summer is around the corner! Are you going to be the only one at the beach with a fat gut and skinny legs! It gets crazy here at times but it's all in good fun but most importance results, we must always push for results!

9. What was the hardest part about operating your gym?
10. What makes you competitive over the other gym chains?
Old school equipment that I have here at my gym. Pure iron, pure steel that builds deep muscle tissue & all in great working condition with a pair of 12 & 15 inch speakers pumping today's and yesterday's hottest beats.
11. How have you been able to remain so successful and how do you hope to remain so?
I have been able to remain very successful because of the trust that I have earned from my members and that's not something that cannot be brought but must be earned.
