One of the most inspirational women on all of BodySpace. That certainly well describes Tiffany Forni and it is more than well deserved. At 24 years old Tiffany has gone from a 235 pound hockey playing self described nerd to the very example of physical fitness accomplishment.

Having lost 70 pounds in only three months she also went on to figure competition winning a first place in October 2008 qualifying her for National level NPC competitions. But that 70 pounds was only part of the almost 100 pounds she lost from her peak weight to her on stage weight.

Making BodySpace her online home, Tiffany even earned her way to the coveted title of Bodybuilding.com's Female Transformation of the Week. And with all of the great people on BodySpace who live and love fitness that is no small accomplishment.

At her favorite gym in Portland, Oregon she now helps and trains other people to build their better fit and healthy self. Fitness for Tiffany takes up her time more than most of us which is not surprising for this "serial entrepreneur".

Tiffany is always busy building her own recipes for healthy foods, planning and pre cooking her meals, prepping ideas and working on more than a few books she is writing.

In between she holds down a job in the hotel hospitality business and also travels a great deal building up more than a lot of air miles, "Any excuse to get out of town and see new places".

And among the new places Tiffany has seen on her new fitness travels are the FitExpo/Iron Man Pro in Los Angeles and the Arnold in Columbus Ohio. Then it will be a competition on stage for her at Team Universe in New York and shortly after, a visit to the Olympia in Las Vegas.
