How Did You Get Started?

I started with 10 lb weights when I was in 6th grade. Then I got a bench for Christmas in 8th grade and that's when I really started.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I use 2 muscle groups a day. I add rests here and there.

  • Day 1. Chest/forearm abs
  • Day 2. Back/Bi's
  • Day 3. Tri's/Shoulders/Abs
  • Day 4. Legs

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I only drink water and shakes. I stick to high protein and healthy foods, and a huge intake of calories.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

My greatest gains from supplements came from Whey Protein and Glutamine.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Previous winners have covered just about every reason to love it. Overall it just gives you amazing feelings.
