How Did You Get Started?
Well for years now I have been involved in may sport including nippers, foot ball, boxing and athletics. My brother and I have always been keen about being fit and healthy. 2 years ago my mum and dad bought me and my brother a gym 2000 and that was great. Since then I had always been improving.
This made me exited and made me want to push myself even further. The influence of my brother was also important because he started getting really big because he was a rep foot ball player and worked out in the gym.
Ross my brother started buying all these supplements and started watching bodybuilding competitions and buying magazines. I looked at him and said to myself, right then; that was what I wanted to do. I joined the local gym and trained with him and his partner Oscar. Oscar has been a huge influence; he made me programs and told me what to eat and what I should be doing.
Ross would be at home cooking and making his lunches and I would copy him. I have been improving heaps and on September 25th, if I can get bigger and more ripped, I might go in the competition with Ross and Oscar.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I have been varying my programs. This is what it looks like at the moment:
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Well I have to make sure I am eating at least 6 meals a day. I will eat foods like tuna, brown rice, whole meal breads, pasta, chicken, flax seed oil, fetta cheese, peanut butter, and tarro.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding for me is something that you can focus on and set goals for yourself. Working out releases stress and any other problems. when you improve in size you want to push further and push harder.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To train as hard as I can and hopefully attend my first competition this year and win. I will go on from there.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Even if you cannot see gains or improvements don't give up. Get motivated and go for it.
