How Did You Get Started?

I first started working out when my brother's friend Nathan forced me to go to the gym with him. For a while all I pretty much did was bench press and arm curls until I read up on bodybuilding from books and websites. The more educated I became on the sport, the stronger and bigger I got, and the more I enjoyed working out.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Usually I go 5 days on, with 2 days off, depending on how my body feels.

  • Day 1: Legs
  • Day 2: Back
  • Day 3: Arms (Biceps and Triceps)
  • Day 4: Chest
  • Day 5: Shoulders and Traps
I also try and train calves and abs at least twice per week

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I try and eat at least 180 grams of protein a day, which comes from about 4 meals and 3 shakes. Since I'm trying to get bigger, I eat as much as possible and keep my calorie intake high.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

NOZ, by Nutrabolics has given me my greatest gains. I always supplement with Whey Protein, both an Isolate and a Concentrate. Nectar and MuscleJuice have worked best for me. I also take MSM Glucosamine and a Multi-Vitamin daily.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love seeing gains in my size and strength, and working out is a good way to get rid of any stress from school or work. The gym is somewhere I can get away from any problems or worries and concentrate solely on pushing weight.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I have no intention of competing as of right now, however anything can happen over the next few years.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If you're small and are trying to get bigger...EAT! Eat as much as you possibly can, eat when you?re not hungry, and most importantly eat after you train. Also, find a training partner who motivates you, and stay determined. Rome wasn't built in a day, so don?t expect a killer body just because you've been working out for a month straight, give it time and the results will come.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Dexter "The Blade" Jackson has the ultimate build, and Troy Alves came into the last Olympia with a freaky physique. The popular Gunter Schlierkamp is another favorite.
