How Did You Get Started?

I first got started in bodybuilding at the age of 13. At that time I was doing light workouts at home to tone up my physique. The more results I saw, the more intense I began training. I have been bodybuilding very seriously for the last year and a half as well as dieting.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

My favorite workout plan:

  • Monday: Back
  • Tuesday: Abs, calves
  • Wednesday: Chest, shoulders
  • Thursday: Cardio
  • Friday: Triceps, biceps, forearms
  • Saturday: Legs
  • Sunday: Cardio
*This workout plan allows you to train without working your upper or lower body two days in a row, giving you good rest between workouts.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it allows me to work on and have the physique that everyone wants but very few can obtain.
