How Did You Get Started?
I got started when I was 16 years old, my chest was horrible, all you could see was bones pretty much. Decided to start working that out - one thing lead to another. My parents did bodybuilding competitions when they we're younger so it wasn't very hard for me to get hooked on to the sport also.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
The best workout plan that I've used was the one I started out working out with, I made it on my own. I hit every muscle every way possible, I have about 5-6 exercises for all big body parts and about 3-4 for small body parts. I do 3 sets for each exercises, the reps consist of 12-10-8.
Sample Workout Plan:
Tuesday - Quads, Hams, Calves, Biceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulders, Triceps, Abs
Friday - Back (Width + Thickness), Biceps, Calves
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Well, I actually don't have a nutrition plan, I've always ate what I want when I want, but for competitions I get pretty serious and I clean up everything, making sure I look my best.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I was on MuscleTech Nitrotech for a good year, and I was also on they're Anator P70 for about the same time, I find it worked great, it doesn't taste so good but as long as it works it doesn't matter.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I am amazed at how I can shape my body in ways most can not. I love watching myself make improvements and get bigger. Its the best feeling in the world. Another reason is because not many people have the patience and dedication, that's what makes the sport very unique.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
As far as bodybuilding goes, I'll see how far I can get into the sport naturally, and we'll see what happens!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Try a lot of different workouts to figure out what works best for you, follow your instincts, what works for someone else may not necessarily work for you.
