How Did You Get Started?
I grew up as the small skinny kid in grade school. It was not always fun being smaller than everyone else. I always looked at my uncle as a kid and saw a potential which I believed I could match. As I entered high school I lifted weights to look and feel great.

I have tried many different workout programs but have come accustomed to one that gives me the greatest gains:

Tuesday: Bi's and Quads
Thursday: Shoulders and Tri's
Friday: Forearms and Calves
Sunday: Restart the cycle

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I do not follow a basic nutrition plan. I just try to make sure to eat at least 5 meals a day that is high in protein. Most of my meals contain chicken, eggs and tuna, fruit, and lots of water.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The best supplement which gives me the greatest gains is definitely protein. Protein is the building blocks to muscle. If you do not eat on a high protein diet, forget about gaining muscle altogether. I can definitely tell a difference after consuming a bottle of protein in the mirror and on the scale.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is my favorite part of the day. When I sit in the classroom, when I bust my ass at work, and basically all throughout the day, all I can think about is hitting the gym hard. Lifting weights gives me such a great mental and physical satisfaction that it is hard to explain.
Whenever I look in the mirror and see myself, I analyze everything. I look for weak spots and points where I need to increase mass and proportion myself fully. Bodybuilding eases my mind and makes me feel great about myself. Whatever mood I am in I always leave the gym in a good one.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I hope to compete in the near future. Bodybuilding is something I enjoy and know I will excel at.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
The number one tip I would give other bodybuilders is to never get discouraged or give up. If you enjoy what you are doing, only YOU can make your gains and size increase happen.
