When some tough times hit, I found the gym to be the one place that I could be me again. Ever since then I've pushed myself to be bigger and stronger, so that I will be able to do the best possible at competitions.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Day 1: Chest/Triceps

Day 2: Biceps/Back/Shoulders

Day 3: Abs

Day 4: Legs

Day 5: Agility

Day 6 And 7: Rest

    The key to building muscle is the rest time for it to heal so make sure you give your muscles enough time to adequately heal.

I love fitness and bodybuilding because not only does it give you a positive self esteem, but it also builds character and responsibility when you don't miss workouts and stick to it. Overall fitness and bodybuilding makes you mentally and physically a better person.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

I am motivated to follow a healthy lifestyle because it is beneficial in so many ways. Not only does it protect your organs, build your muscles, and give you a healthy appearance, it also gives mental focus and makes your body look great.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

I began lifting as an extremely skinny 125lb boy, and slowly worked my way up to be the 156lbs that I am now. The transition I experienced throughout that time pushed me further and further towards my goals and the joy I got out of my new gained size only made me want to raise my goals and achieve those too.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans for Fitness/Bodybuilding are to graduate from Baylor University as an exercise physiology major, go to medical school, and become a fitness trainer. Along the way, I plan to keep entering competitions and grow in strength, size, and definition.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

For other amateur bodybuilders, one of the most important things to remember is consistency. You cannot succeed and get big if you're one of those people who makes excuses to skip sets or even going to the gym. You have to stick with it and have the mindset to work your hardest.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

I'm not sure right now, but I admire anyone who participates in the sport!

What Features Do You Use On has helped me in so many ways. Having tons of workouts and exercises at the tip of your fingers is amazing, and trying out everything they have to offer makes me a well rounded lifter. Also, it is great to see all of the other bodybuilders' profiles and pictures and have someone to look up to and strive to be like.
