How Did You Get Started?
I got started by just basically lifting in gym class. Once I noticed that I was bigger and stronger than most of the boys during my 7th grade year I kept on lifting. I also needed to lift for basketball and track. Lifting weights just took off from there.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My workout plan differs throughout the year due to sports; this is what we're currently doing during track season.
Run every day for about 30-60 mins of cardio depending on track workout.
Sample Training Week
Mon - Lower Body (3X10)
Tues - Rest
Fri - Lower Body (same as Monday)
Sat - 30 mins cardio
Sun - Rest
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I don't really have time to monitor what I eat all the time so I watch what I eat and regularly eat healthy foods. I rarely eat fast food or junk food. I don't drink any shakes; I just drink LOTS of water.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Since I haven't found any shows in my area I'm hoping to just compete later on this summer, although the opportunity hasn't come yet. I'm going into the fitness category just because I don't want to get too bulky.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Like everyone else says just work HARD! Results don't just appear overnight. It takes a lot of dedication, sweat and pain.
